HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the information that we collect generally to match Candidates or Job Seekers with Employers. Job Seekers may consent to make their resume and other personal information public or may elect to make their personal information available only to prospective Employers. Additionally, we use collected information where applicable to:
- Create Account and Post Jobs
- Communicate with you with regards to your job search or application and interview process
- Send you job alerts, email updates on job postings and advertising or promotional materials
- If there are any chargeable services, to facilitate payment
- Screen data for illegal activities, potential risk or fraud.
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may share with third parties content or information posted by you on our Site if it is intended to be publicly available. When you upload your resume on our Site and set it to the public, you authorize us to share the content of your resume including your name and other information it contains and make it viewable and searchable to any user of our Site.
